Our boiler was cutting out and kept having to be reset. I contacted DK Gas Professional at about 3pm with the engineer arriving around 4pm the same day. Within and hour he'd correctly diagnosed the issue, replaced the worn out components with new, and the boiler was working perfectly. Dealing with tradespeople can be a headache.. but it couldn't be more different with DK.Everything was seamless, quick and explained.. from the point of first ringing to leaving with the work complete. A proper, professional service with no messing around.Dan & Hubert worked extremely hard throughout 2 days sorting a new boiler in an old house that didn't make things straight forward.Again not often you come across trade people that provide such as a service these days, so definitely worth the wait (there wasn't one here but if you did have to wait).cheers!
