Our founder, Daniel Klosowski, trained as a gas engineer after recognising just how important reliable heating and plumbing services in Loughborough are to families and businesses. With over 7 years of hands-on experience, Daniel set out to build a business that puts quality, trust, and genuine customer care at its heart.
Since day one, we’ve grown from a one-man operation into a trusted local team serving homeowners, landlords, and businesses across the region. Our clients stay with us because we combine honest communication with high technical standards, and we always show up when it matters most.
One example is Martin Lloyd, who called us when his boiler broke down. With three children at home, heating was critical.
